One batch makes 8 lollipops. The kit includes materials for two batches = 16 lollipops total.

Recommended age is 4+. Preschool children need adult assistance, school-aged children can make them independently.

Nonpareils

Ingredients: Sugar, starch (wheat, corn), vegetable oils (rapeseed, coconut), glucose syrup, food coloring (apple concentrate, blackcurrant, carrot juice, radish, beet juice, saffron, spirulina, lemon), glazing agent (E901).

Preparation instructions: Place hot (not boiling) water in a cup. Put two chocolate bags in the cup. These will be enough for one moldful. Wait until the chocolate in the bags has melted. Position the sticks in the lollipop mold. Cut the ends off the chocolate bags and squeeze the melted chocolate into the mold. You can make single-colored lollipops, mix two chocolates, or even create layered lollipops (for layered lollipops, squeeze some chocolate into part of the mold, let it solidify in the refrigerator, then continue). Smooth the lollipops with a spoon if desired. Sprinkle the nonpareils on top and place the lollipops with the mold in the refrigerator to harden. After about 15 minutes, you can push the lollipops out of the mold.

Storage and Usage: Store the set in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The lollipops can be stored at room temperature but avoid direct sunlight. Consume within three days.
