The validity of the sales contract, product, and pricing information.
The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the online store. The product images in the online store are illustrative, and the actual product colors may vary slightly. The ingredients and nutritional values on the packaging may differ from the information displayed on the website. The information on the packaging is correct. The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Additional charges apply for the delivery of the goods. The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the order placement. In the online store, it is possible to make payments via bank transfer and use the online banking links of local Estonian banks. Settlement is conducted in euros (EUR €).
To order a product, you need to add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you need to fill in the required fields and choose a suitable method of product delivery. Then the screen displays the amount to be paid, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution. The contract becomes effective upon the receipt of the payable amount in the online store’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including the cost of product delivery) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of the notification.
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia. The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the effective date of the sales contract.
Right of Cancellation
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered product must not be used in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, as permitted for testing the product in a physical store. If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, or if it shows signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product. To return the product, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the product must be submitted no later than 14 days from the receipt of the product to the email address email@example.com.
The costs of returning the product are payed by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the returnable item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item). The buyer must return the product within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed over the product to the carrier during the aforementioned period. The online store shall refund the buyer all fees received under the contract without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement. The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs earlier. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivering the item that differs from the least expensive regular delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the consumer for costs that exceed the costs associated with the regular delivery method. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product from the buyer if the price of the product in the online store has been significantly misquoted due to an error below the market price of the product.
Right to Make a Complaint
The online store is responsible for non-conformity with the terms of the contract or defects in the product sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer. During the first six months from the date of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the online store to rebut this presumption. The buyer has the right to contact the online store within a period of two months from the discovery of the defect by sending an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the product has been delivered to the buyer. If the product purchased from the online store has defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the product with a defective one. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract. The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for order processing and delivering the goods to the buyer. The online store shares personal data with transportation service providers in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends the buyer one email 14 days after ordering the products to enable product reviews.

The buyer has the option to unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
If the buyer has any claims regarding the online store, they must send them to the email address email@example.com. If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the online store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer may also contact the European Union’s platform for resolving consumer disputes.
