Chocolate Button Candy Making Kit – Animals

Make your own adorable animal-shaped chocolates! Making chocolates is a simple and fun activity to enjoy together, and you do not have to wait long for the finished animals. With the milk chocolate included in the kit, you can make chocolates on two separate occasions.

The silicone mould has 20 different animal faces. Each time you make the chocolates, you can fill the whole mould and create 20 small animal-shaped chocolates. Each chocolate is approximately 2 cm high and, depending on the animal, around 2–3 cm wide.

The chocolate is conveniently melted directly in its sachet in hot water. Then simply fill the mould with the melted chocolate, add colourful nonpareils if you wish, and place the mould in the fridge for approximately 15 minutes to set.

For one preparation session, use 2 × 35 g of chocolate and 1 × 10 g of nonpareils. The remaining chocolate and decorations can be saved for the next time.

How do you make the chocolates?

1. Fill a cup with hot water and place two chocolate sachets in the water until the chocolate has melted.
2. Cut a small corner off each chocolate sachet and squeeze the melted chocolate into the mould.
3. If needed, smooth the chocolate with a spoon and sprinkle colourful nonpareils on top.
4. Place the mould in the fridge for approximately 15 minutes to set.
5. Carefully remove the set animal-shaped chocolates from the mould and enjoy.

The mould is yours to keep

Once the chocolate included in the kit is finished, the fun does not have to end. Wash the silicone mould and use it again to make more treats.

You can use the mould for:

• making more animal-shaped chocolates;

• freezing fruit purée, yoghurt or other frozen treats.

Two packaging options

You can choose the kit either in a bright green Lastella gift box measuring 17.5 × 13 × 3.5 cm or without a gift box. The gift box option is especially suitable when the kit is intended as a present. If you are buying it for your own family or do not need a separate gift box, you can choose the option without one. In this case, the contents of the kit are sent in reused shipping packaging.

The contents of the kit are the same with both packaging options.

Recommended age: 3+

The kit is suitable for children from 3 years. Younger children can help fill the mould and decorate the chocolates.

An adult must handle the hot water. Younger children should make the chocolates together with an adult.
