How do you make snowflake cookies?

  1. Prepare the dough from the cookie mix by adding one egg and 40 g butter.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface.
  3. Cut out snowflakes with the stamp cutters and press the pattern onto the cookies.
  4. Bake the cookies at 180°C for up to 8 minutes. When the colour starts to fade, the cookies are ready.
  5. Let the cookies cool.
  6. Decorate them with white chocolate glaze and nonpareils.
